TechCare Canada Inc. is a registered business operating under Québec enterprise registration number 9572-3201 Québec inc. ("TechCare Canada," "we," "us") publishes educational guides on managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and compliance for Canadian small businesses at techcarecanada.com.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (for example, our free assessment request) we collect the information you provide: name, work email, phone number, business name, city and a short description of what you need help with. We do not require an account and do not collect payment information on this site. Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) is collected automatically via server logs and analytics for security and site-improvement purposes.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare a proposal or assessment, and — where relevant — to pass your request to our fulfillment partner, IT Cares, for on-the-ground service delivery in Quebec. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention and residency
